All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices displayed include applicable taxes (VAT) and are quoted in Euros (EUR). The discounted prices shown are promotional offers and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic ticket (e-ticket) via the email address provided during booking. E-tickets must be presented at the entrance of Sarkanniemi, either printed or displayed on a mobile device. Each e-ticket is valid for a single entry on the selected date.
Promotional discounts of up to 40% are applied to standard ticket prices and are available exclusively through online booking. Discounted prices cannot be combined with other offers, vouchers, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the selected visit date. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email. Tickets cancelled within 7 days of the visit date are non-refundable. In the event of park closure due to extreme weather or force majeure, tickets will be valid for an alternative date or a full refund will be issued.

All visitors must comply with Sarkanniemi's park rules and safety regulations. Height and age restrictions apply to certain rides and attractions. The park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who violate park rules.
Payments are processed securely through PayGlobal. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions are protected with SSL encryption. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
